Does JP Sales sell new equipment? No. J P Sales sells only used equipment on an “as is” or fully reconditioned basis. JP Sales has provided both parts and equipment to the service station industry since 1972 with hundreds of satisfied customers worldwide.

Does JP Sales represent manufacturers? No. JP Sales does not represent nor provide warranty for any manufacturers. JP Sales staff has over 40 years of experience configuring equipment and applications to meet any and all of the current and future standards in the petroleum industry.

What kind of warranty does JP Sales offer? JP Sales provides a 30 day parts only warranty from the date of shipment. We will send the replacement parts via UPS ground or second day air what ever is required. When we receive the defective parts back and have verified that they are bad we will credit your account immediately. Warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.

What Does “As Is” Mean? As is means, “as is”, and while we warrant that the equipment will be complete when you receive it we do not warrant that the equipment will operate when you get it. Many JP Sales customers upgrade to fully reconditioned if this is a concern.

What does it mean to be fully reconditioned? JP Sales provides equipment on a fully reconditioned basis “Island ready”. This level of service means that the units will be free of general defects and in some cases reflect a better than new appearance with new doors and side skins. We can customize the look to reflect your brand or provide them with standard stainless steel sides, white doors and black overlays.

Does JP Sales sell software configured to meet all applications? JP Sales cannot guarantee compatibility with a particular oil company’s card reader communications system. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the hardware and software you purchase meets you needs. We provide keypads and software specified.
